Yes. Depending on the vehicle type, engine hours are used instead of mileage and records are opened by serial number or VIN instead of a plate.
How does the customer approve the price?
The planned work and amount go to the customer as a link by SMS or WhatsApp. The customer opens it and approves; the approval is recorded on the work order with its time and the mechanic starts work.
How do service reminders work?
At each service the vehicle’s mileage and the next service mileage or date are recorded. Vehicles coming due are listed and owners are reminded by SMS.
