How a period moves

From registering a member to the year-end summary, each record prepares the data for the next.

    Dues accrue when the period comes; members in arrears get an SMS.

    Payment is taken with a receipt and the member’s balance is closed.

  4. Donations and aid

  5. Meetings and decisions

    Decisions are entered in the minute book with sequence numbers.

Can foundations use it too?

Yes. Donations, aid distribution, the income and expense ledger and the minute book work the same way for foundations.

What does it provide for the DERBİS declaration?

The totals you transfer to the declaration and the general assembly report are summarised on one screen from the year’s dues, donation, income and expense records.

Do in-kind donations affect the cash book?

No. In-kind donations go to the store, not the cash book, and leave the store as they are given out as aid.

Is there anything to install?

What happens when I move to the full version?
