Frequently asked questions

Can one-to-one tutoring centres use it?

Yes. Sell a lesson package; each lesson goes on the timetable and is deducted from the package when taught, and teacher pay is calculated from the lessons given.

Do parents need an app?

No. Each parent gets a personal link by SMS; without logging in they see the timetable, attendance, scores and payments and can pay an instalment by card.

How are room clashes prevented?

If the same room or teacher is assigned to a second lesson at the same time while building the timetable, a warning appears and the entry is not saved.

Is there anything to install?

No. The app opens in the browser and works like an app once added to your phone’s home screen. With “Start free trial” you open your own account in a few minutes, or we can set up a demo account for you.

What happens when I move to the full version?

The package is part of işim kolay. When you move to the full version your records stay as they are, and new modules open on the same data.
