All of elevator maintenance in one place

Maintenance, breakdowns, upgrades and periodic inspections meet on the same site record, so everyone can see where each elevator stands.

Monthly maintenance plan

Every month the elevators due for maintenance go to the site’s technician or the regional lead automatically. Done, remaining and late visits are tracked day by day.

Digital maintenance form

Technicians tick the items on their phones and record the materials used. The building manager views the form from a link and approves it.

Inspection tags and defects

Periodic inspection results and tag colours are recorded. Defects are tracked against a 60-day deadline for red tags and 120 days for yellow; they are closed when the upgrade job is completed.

Breakdown reports by QR code

Anyone who scans the QR code in the cabin can report a breakdown; it reaches the team’s screen with a sound alert.

Municipal maintenance list

The monthly list reported to the municipality is prepared from the maintenance records automatically.

Maintenance invoicing and collections

Monthly maintenance fees are invoiced in bulk and posted to customer accounts. Collections and PayTR payment links close the balances.

How a month of maintenance moves

The plan is ready at the start of the month; invoices and the municipal list come out at the end.

  1. Plan

The month’s list is built from each site’s maintenance period and distributed to the teams.

  2. Maintenance

The technician visits the site, fills in the form and records materials.

  3. Approval

The building manager views the form from a link and approves it.

  4. Defects and breakdowns

Inspection defects are tracked with their deadlines, QR breakdown reports by priority.

  5. Invoice

Maintenance fees are invoiced in bulk and collections are followed up.

Frequently asked questions

How is the maintenance plan built?

Each site has a maintenance period. At the start of the month the elevators that are due are listed and assigned to the site’s technician, or to the regional lead if there is none; the office can change anything.

How does the building manager approve the form?

When the form is saved, a link is created for that visit. The manager opens it, sees the work done and the materials used, and approves with one tap.

Do residents need to install an app to report a breakdown?

No. They scan the QR code in the cabin with their phone camera and describe the problem on the page that opens. The report reaches the team’s screen right away.

Is there anything to install?

No. The app opens in the browser and works like an app once added to your phone’s home screen. With “Start free trial” you open your own account in a few minutes, or we can set up a demo account for you.

What happens when I move to the full version?

The package is part of işim kolay. When you move to the full version your records stay as they are, and new modules open on the same data.
