Each unit gets a link that needs no login: residents see their statement, pay by card and report problems or requests.
Announcements, SMS and requests

Frequently asked questions
Can companies managing several complexes use it?
Yes. Each complex is set up separately with its own register and residents; the management company runs them all from one account and reports per complex.
Do residents have to install an app?
No. Each unit’s personal link is sent by SMS; residents see their balance, pay by card and report problems without logging in.
How are heating shares calculated?
The shared portion of the bill (boiler room, shared areas, heat loss) is split by land share, floor area or equally; the rest is shared by heat cost allocator or meter consumption. Enter the latest reading and consumption is calculated from the previous one.
Is there anything to install?

What happens when I move to the full version?
